• Help locating the perfect venue 

• Locating all vendors – catering, floral, musicians, officiant, tents and more

• Arranging and attending requested vendor meetings and tastings

• Compiling rental orders

   Assistance with Tent Rentals

• Assistance creating a viable rain plan

• Building a detailed timeline of events for the wedding day and all activities leading up to it

• Arranging guest lodging and transportation

• Developing an overall design plan and working to execute this vision

• Advance walk-thru of all event sites

• Prepare and deliver welcome baskets for guests

• Complete wedding day management including:

Assistance with setting up of decor the day (or days) before the wedding

Oversee that tables, chairs, bars and buffets are set up to your wishes

Provide timeline, layouts and all other necessary information to vendors

On-site the day (or days) before the wedding for rental delivery and setup 

Onsite coordination of the ceremony rehearsal

Onsite coordination of all aspects of the wedding day

Create a shuttle agenda and oversee that is it remains on schedule
